Our Services:

Sick Visits: Prompt medical attention when you're feeling unwell, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.

Urgent Care: Immediate medical attention for non-life-threatening conditions, such as minor injuries , lacerations , simple infections such as skin infections or UTI's, or illnesses that require immediate attention. Referral for diagnostic studies is needed such as CT scan , XRAY, MRI, Ultrasound.

Well-Woman Visits: Comprehensive preventive care for women, including wellness exams, Pap smears, breast exams, contraception counseling, and more.

Escript Management: Efficient management and coordination of your prescriptions, ensuring timely refills and medication adjustments as needed.

Biopsy: Dermatology services including biopsy

Member Pricing

• Monthly Fee: $150 will include visits for yearly wellness check ups , visits to manage chronic disease and acute/sick visits, writing prescriptions and yearly labs if needed except specialized labs such as allergy testing , BHRT labs or genetic testing
• BHRT treatment services are not included

• Follow up consult $125
• Escript (annual) $75
• Lab panels $120-350

Membership plan: Please note that in addition to the monthly fee, an annual lab appointment and prescription management fee are required to ensure comprehensive care.
